Very professional and great customer service

Randy's team is always there to help me with my insurance! They make it easy, even when it comes down to a claim. They always have my back and go up and beyond! Randy is always a call away whenever you have any questions too!

Randy is a great guy but State Farm isn't like a good neighbor anymore. After almost 30 years with my homeowners & auto insurance with the company, they cancelled my auto insurance because I had 2 minor accidents in a 3 year period. They also informed me that my million-dollar liability umbrella policy would not be renewed because of the cancellation. Randy knows me well, knows that I'm not a high-risk person and went to bat for me with the company but apparently State Farm's computers have decided I'm not a suitable customer. Amica thinks I'm okay---and my new policy with them is $1,000 less than what State Farm was going to charge me---that is IF they renewed my homeowner's insurance this year. "Guaranteed renewal" isn't guaranteed on auto insurance; I didn't want to wait till my homeowner's renewal date to find out if the same is true when it comes to my home.

It is true, like a good neighbor State Farm is there! Randy Shockey and his team are amazing at what they do and always go out of their way to provide us with outstanding customer service and insurance needs. Definitely recommended to all!
